This character is a very strong-willed fighter whos wields the power of electricity. While very skilled at hand-to-hand combat, he is also very skilled using a sword, which is what he uses to fight a majority of the time. His powers, which are able to be controlled by keeping his emotions under control, giving him the ability to control electricity which can be found even within the air, radiate throughout his entire body, causing small lightning bolts between his fingertips and even his hair to stand up.
